Location
Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at the hotel, with clean rooms, a good view of the river, and a convenient location on the river walk. However, the room had minimal lighting and construction was ongoing on the first floor. The staff was friendly and accommodating, though a bit short-staffed. The location was fantastic by the river but needed some upgrades. The dining options were satisfactory but could use improvement in selection. Overall, a good value for the money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, but there was a musty smell that indicated lack of frequent use. Additionally, there was a water leak from the heater/air conditioner, which was quite inconvenient. On the positive side, the service was friendly, and they even delivered dinners from the onsite Bistro. The location was a saving grace, being close to the Columbia River walking trail, but the dining experience left much to be desired with repetitive and poor-quality options.
I was excited about the pet-friendly room and the nearby park where my furry friend could have fun, but the room felt cramped and dirty, even spotting some unwelcome guests. The front desk staff was friendly, despite handling multiple complaints. The location was decent, near the river, but cleanliness was an issue. The dining experience showed potential, but the repetitive menu was a letdown.
